Qwest TV by Quincy Jones is a platform dedicated to great music. With over 1000 concerts, documentaries, archive footage and interviews, Qwest TV offers some of the most powerful performances in the world of jazz, soul, funk, classical and world music.

2020 has been a milestone year as we launched new products on new platforms (AndroidTV, FireTV, Roku, and more to come) and expanded our brand to new genres (Classical music, Hip-Hop, DJ sets, Electro, Pop, Rn’B), to serve our main mission: Make Qwest TV and all good music accessible to everyone.

Today Qwest TV has three main offerings; a Premium Video on Demand Platform (www.qwest.tv app & desktop),  Qwest TV Education ( www.qwest.tv/edu) and 3 Linear TV channels ( through our broadcast partners Samsung TV, Huawei Mobile and others)

To support our growth and achieve our ambitious goals we need to extend our talented team and are looking for a Sales Manager.

Qwest TV is seeking a highly motivated, entrepreneurial sales manager to join the team in Paris. Someone who will contribute to the advertising sales strategy and will be the Qwest TV Ambassador for Brands and Marketers.

Mission

On a day to day you will:

  • Prospect, negotiate, and sign new advertising campaigns with Media Agencies, Advertisers & other demand sources

  • Identify new opportunities for revenue growth

  • Monitor and optimize on a daily basis the sales activity: Revenue, CPM, etc.

  • Oversee inventory management; forecasting, pricing, and yield optimization to maximize revenue across all channels and products (Linear Connected TV, Avod)

  • Contribute to the organization and development of larger strategic partnerships (Ad operations, contents, programmatic partnerships, etc.)

  • Meet and exceed sales quota through outbound work - strategically selling Qwest video advertising inventory

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting, discovery, presentation, negotiating and closing

  • Reporting and forecasting of the monthly results

Qualifications

On top of a mandatory strong background in media sales, Qwest is looking for:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree from a Business University

  • At least 3 years of experience in the Digital Advertising industry; video and content focus greatly preferred

  • Strong understanding of the Digital Advertising industry

  • Ability to speak and write in English and French fluently. A third language proficiency is a plus

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving team environment. Effective project management and organizational skills.

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, and the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%
