The second-wave bossa nova trailblazer will drop Sempre on June 28 via Far Out Recordings.
Sempre is the first release by Marcos Valle following his 2010 album Estática. It will be his fifth time working with the UK label that he calls home. Judging by the reaction from fans, and by the single released, it is shaping up to be an exciting, long-overdue prospect. The new releases will feature Azymuth’s Alex Malheiros (bass), Jesse Sadoc (trumpet) and percussionist Armando Marcal. Valle has announced a European tour this summer for Sempre. See details here.
