You can unsubscribe using your remote control. Once you go to the Qwest TV main page that you want to unsubscribe from, choose Unsubscribe. See instructions on how to unsubscribe for more information.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for accounts billed through a 3rd party (Comcast Xfinity). We recommend contacting Comcast Xfinity Customer Service.

For security reasons, it is impossible for anyone, including the Qwest TV team, to recover an existing password.
